Pride and Prejudice and Zombies trailer will eat you alive

Sony has released a brand new trailer for Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. And it’s exactly as loony as it sounds. While the UK trailer made the film seem more of a drama interspersed with ballroom style action, this new American trailer is not only longer, but it actually seems to be selling an entirely different picture. Gone are the talks about having a stiff upper lip when faced with […]

Single blood test to predict premature death risk

Sydney: With identification of a biomarker, researchers have found that a single blood test could reveal whether an apparently healthy person is likely to die of pneumonia or sepsis within the next 14 years. The findings suggest that high GlycA levels in the blood […]

Somehow we forget to remember these sacrifices they make for our nation. But their passion for their country is so pure and deep-rooted that if given […]

Women’s Health Issues: Need To Nip It In The Bud!

I was very pleasantly surprised when at the beginning of this survey, nearly 50% of those who responded, wrote back on the need to increase awareness about women’s health issues. Surprise because I feel that is sure a step in the right direction. Nearly 11 years ago I remember, women’s health was an oft ignored issue and almost never spoken about. Women by the sheer nature of their positioning in […]

When Shiv Sena was reminded of Bal Thackeray’s meeting with Miandad, Pak envoy

After forcing cancellation of Ghulam Ali’s concert, ink attack on Sudheendra Kulkarni, storming into BCCI President Shashank Manohar’s office and forcing him to cancel a proposed meeting with his Pakistani counterpart, Shiv Sena turned its attention to highlight ‘glorious history’ of the party and its founder Balasaheb Thackeray. On Wednesday, Mumbai woke up to a poster that reminded various political leaders their place before Balasaheb. The poster that turned up […]
