So, someone having Government of India provided ISP is playing around with Wikipedia to establish that Indian National Congress’s Gandhi & Nehru dynasty had Muslim lineage.
1. They started off with Gangadhar Nehru (grandfather of Jawaharlal Nehru).
His page was edited to declare his name as Ghiasuddin Ghaz.
It says “Gangadhar was born as aMuslim by the name of Ghiasuddin Ghazi but changed his name to a Hindu Ganga Dhar to escape from British clutches. He was appointed the Kotwal (a rank similar to Chief of police) of Delhi in the court of Mughal Empire , emperor Bahadur Shah Zafar.”
2. Going further Next page to be edited was of Motilal Nehru (father of Jawaharlal Nehru)

Question being raised here is, if anyone has hacked into NIC network ? if yes, it is a serious case of national threat as NIC holds National data. If the answer is no the,n the question comes is “who is doing this data changes and intention behind such changes” ? congress could take over this issue seriously and raise concerns.
