This will be the first reaction when you will see the first ever scene of the latest Justice League trailer.
Henry Cavill’s Clark Kent makes his first appearance since “dying” as Superman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Albeit it’s in the dreams of Lois Lane (Amy Adams), it is nevertheless first ever glimpse of Son of Krypton in the Superhero ensemble movie.
The trailer, released by Warner Bros on Sunday, is more colourful and livelier than previous versions. Set to ‘Heroes’ by David Bowie, the trailer begins with Lois’ dream and then moves on to Batman (Ben Affleck) describing his dream that featured the end of the world. We see Steppenwolf and his army wreak havoc on Earth including on Wonder Woman’s homeland, Themyscira.
But the Metahumans are seen rising to the occasion. Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and Batman offer to be Aquaman’s (Jason Momoa) ride while battling Steppenwolf’s army. Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) and The Flash (Ezra Miller) clear the path for Batman. Basically, the whole team is working together.
Stay put until the end of the trailer to see The Flash express his enthusiasm like a kid in a candy store!
Changing the colour palette from black to warm red seems to be paying off. Good thing Joss Whedon got the baton from Zack Snyder for reshoots and post-production.
Justice League set to release on November 17.
