I Am Kalam director Nila Madhab Panda is back with another issue-based film Kaun Kitne Paani Mein. This time, the focus is on the scarcity of water in the interiors of Rajasthan. The film features Kunal Kapoor, Radhika Apte, Saurabh Shukla and Gulshan Grover in important roles.

Saurabh Shukla plays a king in the film who is finding it increasingly difficult to keep up with his old traditions in absence of money. He wants to strike a deal with some foreign investors but that’s possible only when the place has abundant water supply.
