The new trailer of of the highly awaited Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is here and its a 101 in name dropping.
Based on the Harry Potter spin-off by author JK Rowling, the film follows “the adventures of writer Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) in New York’s secret community of witches and wizards seventy years before Harry Potter reads his book in school”.
The 2.03 minutes ‘teaser trailer’ invites (once again) the viewers to return to the wizarding world of Harry Potter.
Set in 1920s New York, the trailer grabs attention with beautiful set designs and not-so-casual name dropping of ‘Hogwarts’ and ‘Albus Dumbledore’ as it mentions that Scamander’s character was thrown out of the wizarding school.
The trailer also offer glimpses of some of the ‘fantastic beasts’ from the title. Another big name to look out for in the trailer is Colin Farrell, playing the character of Percival Graves.
Rest of the cast include, Ezra Miller (Credence), Ron Perlman (Gnarlack), Jon Voight (Henry Shaw, Sr), Samantha Morton (Mary Lou) and Katherine Waterston (Katherine Waterston).
