1. On 2nd July 2020 then Commissioner of  Police Parambir Singh Under HM Anil Deshmukh had transfers of 10 DCP in Mumbai without CM  Uddhav Thackeray knowledge.

2.  These 10  officers  were  loyalist of Sena & their Leader Anil Parab . This made Parab  angry.  Parab then bought this to the Notice of CM Uddhav Thackeray on 3rd July Friday CM Uddhav upheld the order of 10 transfers.

3. On Sunday 5th July Joint Commissioner (administration) Naval Bajaj issued order cancelling all DCP transfer. This was Uddhav & Sena Msg to Sharad Pawar & NCP that they will not have free run & say in Home Department. Sena will assert themselves & ask for the pie of share.

4. On Monday 6th July Sharad Pawar Met CM Uddhav Thackeray at his Bandra residence Matoshree  along with him HM Deshmukh, Jitendra Ahwad, Ajit Pawar, was also there. From Sena side it was CM Uddhav, Anil Parab, Eknath Shinde & Subash Desai. It was 90 minutes long meeting.

5. In that meeting a framework was made on how transfers will take place & which party will have what say. Both Sharad Pawar & Uddhav Thackeray has agreed that Anil Deshmukh & Anil Parab will look after Police transfer & financial modalities for there respective party’s in that meet.

6. On that Background 9 DCP level changes took place on 10th July 2021.

7. It is belived that the transcript which Devendra Fadnavis  handed to union  Home Secretary on 23rd March 2021 have the name of middle man & there conversation & transcripts with both the Anil’s Deshmukh & Parab where transfer & posting were being done by taking money.

8. Not only this it is also believed that the target of Money collection which Parmbir Singh mentioned in his letter was part of Sena NCP coordination & both Anil Deshmukh and Parab where looking after it.

9. That’s why CM Uddhav Thackeray is silent & Sharad Pawar is denying Deshmukh resignation because if Deshmukh goes Parab will also have to go.

10. This only shows that both Sachin Waze & Parambir Singh were Puppets or Pawn of Anil Deshmukh and Anil Parab who were running the Home Department & this transfer & Extortion racket.

11. As Waze in his intial confession said He is just the “Tip Of Iceberg” don’t forget who are the masters of Anil Deshmukh and Anil Parab are.

12. With Unioun  Home Secretary having transcripts & Parambir singh moving  court the problems for MVA government and there leaders is not ending soon.
