Today, President Barack Obama spoke to the nation regarding the Boston Marathon bombings, which left 100 individuals injured and two confirmed dead.
“The American people will say a prayer for Boston tonight,” Obama started off. “On days like this there are no Republicans or Democrats – we are Americans, united in concern for our fellow citizens,” he said.
The president then said that authorities still do not know who did this.He ended the press conference assuring the people of Boston that the White House would do whatever it took to apprehend whoever is responsible for these acts.
