Recently, the Indian skipper shared a photo on his official Instagram account where he revealed the source that changed his life. In the photo, Kohli showed a book the ‘Autobiography of a Yogi’ written by Paramhansa Yogananda.
In the caption he wrote, “I love this book. A must read for all those who are brave enough to let their thoughts and ideologies be challenged. The understanding and implementation of the knowledge in this book will change your whole perspective and life. Believe in the divine and keep marching on doing good deeds.”
Autobiography of a Yogi is an autobiography of Paramahansa Yogananda which was first published in 1946. The book is an introduction to the methods of attaining God-realization and it showcases the life of Paramahansa Yogananda and his encounters with spiritual figures of both the East and West.
India are set to play four Tests against Australia, starting on February 23 and Kohli will be keen to continue his great run. In the last series the Indian skipper played Down Under, he smashed 692 runs at an average of 86.5 with four centuries.
