The trailer of Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer Babumoshai Bandookbaaz is finally out. The trailer gives us a gist of the movie and the character of Babumoshai. The movie is directed by Kushan Nandy and the lead star cast includes Nawaz, Divya Dutta, Bidita Bag – a model and an actress who has worked in films like Ichhe and Antarpravah.
The movie is based on the story of a contract killer Babumoshai featuring Nawaz whose reputation is at stake when the rival killer Banke comes in the scene. The movie has a rural setting and reminds us of Gangs Of
Wasseypur with the style of dialogue delivery of most of the actors.
Babumoshai’s opening dialogue in the trailer “Ham toh outsourcing karte hain …yamraj ke liye” makes Babumoshai’s character of a contract killer evident in the movie. Bidita Bag is seen as Babumoshai’s love interest, while there are some intimate scenes between Nawaz and Bidita there are many violent action scenes as well.
The movie is a thriller and Nawaz seems in full vigour as he got a similar role to play which got him fame and love of the audience back in 2012 with Gangs of Wasseypur. The movie is set to release on August 25.
