Months before we see Diljit Dosanjh in his Bollywood debut, Udta Punjab, the actor has another ace up his sleeve — Sardaar Ji.
Playing a desi ghostbuster who is called to London to exorcise a ghost from a haunted castle, Diljit meets his Juliet there, Neeru Bajwa. The twist in the tale is that the girl is the said ghost!
The trailer is replete with jokes and laugh-a-minute scenarios.
The pair has worked together in the highly successful Jatt and Juliet and its sequel, but this is the first time we will see them in a horror-comedy.
The film also stars Mandy Takhar and Jaswinder Bhalla in pivotal roles. However, the trailer is all about Dosanjh as we only barely glimpse the other actors. The film has been directed by Rohit Jugraj.
The film releases this June.
