This Tech Company Grew Around 3000% in 3 Years

 

Bengaluru-based internet company Edureka (Brain4ce Education Solutions Private Limited) has emerged as the fastest growing tech company in India with a 2768 per cent revenue growth over the last three years, according to a report by global consultancy Deloitte. The report – The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 India 2014 – ranked 50 of the fastest growing technology companies in India based on their revenue growth rate over the last three years.

The report also said that Bengaluru continues to be the hub for technology companies, with 17 of the top 50 companies based out of India’s IT capital and five of them in the top 10.

“Edureka (Brain4ce Education Solutions) is the fastest growing online education platform offering live instructor led technology and business courses to professionals and students across the globe. The market leader in big data analytics, mobility, business intelligence domains, Edureka, helps individuals and organizations to mitigate skills gap and specialize in new upcoming technology to stay relevant to the industry,” Deloitte said.

Ranked second after Edureka is another Bengaluru-based firm – Happiest Mind Technologies Private Limited – with a three-year revenue growth of 2377 per cent. Happiest Mind Technologies is a provider of disruptive technology solutions across various industries with a technology focus that primarily includes big data, mobility, cloud transformation and business intelligence.

Delhi-based online restaurant discovery guide Zomato rounded off the top three with a revenue growth rate of 1399 per cent over the last three years.

“Though software companies retain a sizeable presence in the rankings, internet based business stamp their presence taking 3 spots amongst the top 5 this year,” Deloitte said.  Software companies accounted for six of the top 10, while internet companies added up to three.
