After Tisca Chopra’s ‘Rahasya’ which showcased glimpses of Aarushi Talwar double murder case, this time it is actors Irrfan Khan and Konkona Sen Gupta who will lead the viewers towards reality in their upcoming movie ‘Talvar’.
The trailer looks promising with Shruti Tandon’s parents trying their best to convince the cops of their innocence, but the world seems to be standing against them.
Irrfan Khan, who is the investigating officer of the case is fantastic in his acting. Trying to get to the core of the reality of the case, he is later removed from the case by higher authorities.
Konkona is seen playing the role of Nupur Talwar (Arushi’s mother), whereas Irrfan Khan plays the role of an investigating officer. Tabu plays Shruti’s aunt and actor Neeraj Kabi is seen playing the role of the victim’s father.
The trailer does give certain clues about movie, but what we are yet to see is if the film unveils the truth or not?
Directed by Meghna Gulzar, written by Vishal Bhardwaj, the movie will hit screens on
October 2.
