The film narrates two different stories which meet at a conflict point. Nani shines in two different roles and shades in the released theatrical trailer.

The music for the film has been composed by the duo Hip Hop Tamizha. This marks their second film in Telugu. Earlier, the duo composed music for the film Dhruva.

Krishnarjuna Yuddham is directed by Merlapaka Gandhi, who has directed two films so far. Both his earlier films – Venkatadri Express and Express Raja – were hits at the box office. Krishnarjuna Yuddham is expected to hit the screens on April 12.
