There are a few factors that play a major deterrent in maintaining good heart health:
1. A major risk factor of heart disease is high blood pressure or hypertension. However, the hormone called oxytocin is stimulated in the process of orgasm, thereby lowering blood pressure.
2. High stress levels, being another key factor in raising heart disease risk, is also lowered when you indulge in physical pleasure.
3. Sex is considered by many and has also proved to be a good exercise. This way, it also aids one in losing weight!
